1:1 Virtual Training (60 minute session)
Would you like to workout at your local gym or home gym with 1:1 training? If so, this is a great option for you to have me guide you through a workout from beginning to end. We will spend 30 minutes of strength training on various equipment/free weights and then I will provide consultation for 30 minutes 30 minutes while you walk on treadmill or around your neighborhood. This allows us the opportunity to discuss meal options, provide helpful tips and allow you to not be bored while walking. If interested, schedule a time on calendar and the fun can begin!
